Beware: Cryptocurrency Scam Using JD Logistics Name
These scammers operate a well-planned scheme using fake identities and fabricated investment opportunities. They contact victims via WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, and online classified websites (such as real estate listings and buy/sell platforms).
They pretend to work for JD Logistics (JDL)—a legitimate company they exploit as a cover to gain trust. They use fake job offers, property deals, and investment schemes to trick victims into investing in a fraudulent crypto platform (WME Trust).
How the Scam Works – Step by Step
1️⃣ They Approach You Innocently
- They contact you on WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media pretending to be buyers, tenants, or business partners.
- They claim they work for JD Logistics and say their company is expanding into Saudi Arabia, Dubai, or Italy.
- They tell you they need help finding land, offices, or local business contacts.
2️⃣ They Casually Mention Crypto Investing
- They never directly ask you to invest—instead, they casually mention their huge profits from crypto.
- They claim to make 20% monthly returns through WME liquidity pools (LPs) and show fake proof of withdrawals.
- They emphasize how they withdraw their earnings daily into Trust Wallet, MetaMask, or other DeFi wallets.
3️⃣ They Show Off Fake Wealth & Success
- They send fake screenshots of crypto profits to convince you the system is legit.
- They claim they are making passive income with no risk.
- They share videos of expensive cars, properties, and international business trips.
4️⃣ They Lead You to WME Trust (M.WMETRUST.COM / M.WMETRUST.NET)
- Once they gain your trust, they introduce you to the WME crypto investment platform.
- They say it's safe, verified, and regulated.
- They guide you through setting up a Trust Wallet and connecting to their scam DApp.
5️⃣ You See Real Withdrawals at First
- In the beginning, they let you withdraw small profits (this is part of their trick to build trust).
- You start believing it's real and increase your investment.
6️⃣ They Lock Your Funds in a Fake “Investment Event”
- Once you invest a large amount, they invite you to an “event” where you must keep funds locked for 30 days.
- Your balance disappears, and they say your money is now part of a “high-profit fund”.
- They demand you deposit more money to unlock withdrawals.
7️⃣ They Gain Full Access to Your Wallet & Steal Everything
- The link they provide grants them full or partial control over your Trust Wallet or MetaMask account.
- They can steal your USDT, ETH, and other assets at any time.
